Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
The Referral Program is operated by DIY Business System (SSM Registration No.: JM0992313-K).
This program allows approved individuals (“Referral Participants”) to introduce subscribers and new referral participants to services or platforms operated by DIY Business System.
Referral Participants may receive referral incentives based on eligible sales generated through their assigned Promotion Code, subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.
By applying for or participating in this Referral Program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Referral Program is subject to approval by DIY Business System.
DIY Business System reserves the right to approve, reject, or cancel any application at its sole discretion without providing any reason.
3. Referral Identification
Each approved participant will be assigned a unique Referral ID.
The Referral ID will also serve as the participant’s Promotion Code, which may be shared with potential subscribers or applicants.
Example:
DIY0001A
Subscribers or applicants may enter the Promotion Code during registration or application to indicate the referral source.
4. Referrer Promotion Code
Applicants who were introduced by an existing referral participant may enter the Referrer Promotion Code during the referral application process.
If valid, the introducing referral participant may become eligible for referral network incentives according to the program structure.
DIY Business System reserves the right to verify the validity of any submitted referral code.
5. Subscriber Benefits
Subscribers who enter a valid Promotion Code during registration may receive special incentives, including but not limited to rebates or discounts.
Such benefits may include up to 10% rebate or discount on selected services.
Promotion Codes must be entered during the registration process and cannot be added or modified after submission.
6. Referral Incentive Structure
6.1 Direct Referral Incentive
Referral Participants may receive up to 20% referral incentive based on eligible sales generated through their Promotion Code.
The exact incentive percentage may vary depending on specific services, promotions, or business arrangements determined by DIY Business System.
6.2 Referral Network Incentive
If a Referral Participant introduces another individual who becomes an approved Referral Participant, the introducing participant may receive up to 5% referral network incentive based on eligible sales generated through the introduced participant’s Promotion Code.
7. Sales Tracking
Referral incentives will be calculated based on the internal records maintained by DIY Business System.
All records and calculations shall be deemed final, accurate, and conclusive.
8. Payment of Referral Incentives
Referral incentives may be calculated and distributed according to the company’s internal policies.
DIY Business System reserves the right to determine:
- payment schedule
- payment method
- minimum payout threshold
- eligibility criteria
9. Prohibited Activities
Referral Participants must not engage in any activity that may harm the company’s interests.
This includes but is not limited to:
- false or misleading information
- unauthorized claims
- impersonation
- spam or unethical marketing
- illegal activities
DIY Business System reserves the right to take action against such conduct.
10. Suspension or Termination
DIY Business System reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Referral Participant at any time, with or without notice.
Upon termination:
- Referral ID and Promotion Code may be deactivated
- All incentives shall cease immediately
- No future incentives shall be payable
DIY Business System shall not be liable for any compensation or claims arising from such actions.
11. Modification of the Referral Program
DIY Business System reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
12. Non-Transferability
Referral participation, Referral ID, Promotion Code, and all incentives are strictly non-transferable.
In the event of death or inability to continue, all incentives, including network incentives, shall automatically cease.
13. Qualification to Build Referral Network
A Referral Participant must successfully refer a minimum of five (5) merchants or subscribers who have signed up for the company’s packages.
Only after fulfilling this requirement shall the participant be eligible:
- to introduce new referral participants
- to build a referral network
- to receive referral network incentives
This is a one-time requirement only.
14. Anti-Abuse Policy
Referral Participants must not engage in abuse or manipulation, including:
- fake accounts
- self-referrals
- fake transactions
- manipulation of incentives
DIY Business System reserves the right to:
- cancel invalid activities
- withhold incentives
- terminate accounts
15. Independent Status
Referral Participants are independent and not employees, agents, or partners of DIY Business System.
16. Limitation of Liability
DIY Business System shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Referral Program.
17. Final Decision
All decisions made by DIY Business System shall be final and binding.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
19. Acceptance
Participation in the Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
20. Updates to Terms and Participant Responsibility
DIY Business System reserves the right to update, modify, amend, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
Referral Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing the latest version of the Terms & Conditions available on the official website.
Continued participation in the Referral Program shall constitute acceptance of any updated Terms.
DIY Business System shall not be liable for any claims arising from a participant’s failure to review the latest Terms.
